Confusion

If your confused between needing something and wanting something, this section is ideal for you.

If your the individual who is suffering from depression due to loneliness then digging deep into your feelings and taking sometime into thinking what could have caused these feelings.

It could be from childhood neglect, being or feeling abandoned by a loved one or the simple fact of a loss in your life. Realizing the reason/cause of your depression is the first step to healing or being in repair.

Distinguishing the difference:

After realizing the cause the next step is to distinguish the difference between feeling of extreme sadness and depression then instead of leaning onto someone to distract oneself of the feeling or fear of being alone, face the feeling, pick up healthy habits for example:

this site is one of the habits since I’ve have a messiah complex, the feeling of needing to help someone in need of help with the combination of being a sensitive empath is just one example.

What I’m trying to say is after you know yourself get into a hobby that is based off your personality or try something new, you don’t need to be with someone in order to enjoy your life, having friends to share the experience makes the experience more exciting.

Once you can distinguish the difference between sadness and depression, the feeling of needing and wanting, you can sort out your priorities. You don’t (need) someone for you to live a life, it’s pretty much saying that in order for you to live a life, you need someone to be with so they can eat and breath for you.

Not true, you need to breath to live, you need to eat to live. Relationships are a “want” being social is a “need” thus on your way down the road to knowing what your necessities are between your wants and wishes. Humans are after social beings and searching for someone to be happy with is part of life, but understand the key part in the phrase “searching for someone to be happy with” meaning you need to be happy before getting in any type of relationship, being happy with someone is basically a bonus to leading a happy life.
